A wild guess maybe is because Afterpay and Zip have ZERO local connections in Asia and they are focused on the Western e-commerce markets.
Whereas ICU is run by Malaysians and are already well connected up to their eyeballs there so rolling out the BNPL business in the Asian countries will work for ICU
