Having thought of this for some time today, who tenders their resignation without so much as a word of thanks or encouragement to the team they have left after many years working together? Only a man who is currently lost for words.

We know its not an acrimonious split as the other directors offer their gratitude and publicly call Jim a long standing friend.

And what strength of character - despite the personal reasons behind Jim's decision, he has said that after some time he will consider advising the company in case of a potential corporate transaction.

God bless you and your family Jim. I am glad I got to meet you in person at the Sydney investor presso, and I think that two hours has & will continue to change my life.
