To Ian - you may not use or see HC, but I wanted to thank you and your achievements! Since the start of 2020 and when ASM started, you were responsible for bringing the company gem/project to light - Dubbo Project. I bought and accumulated more and more over the two years because of your history/background. You have truly been the father figure for ASM! I really hope the staff, team, and board at ASM realise how you been instrumental for the success of ASM and made shareholders proud! You are a rare Gem - symbolise what (non) director should be: engaging, skilled, technical, and an advisor. But you have gone above and beyond especially in the Dubbo project: managed the resource definition, process development and global marketing effort for the Dubbo Project, advancing it to the threshold of development! I am not a holder anymore - But still advocate and support it! Thanks - if retiring - enjoy it!
