A rather be a clown with a happy face then a sad downramper. Scamper downramper! Who paid you I demand answers! And don't lie because it may be held against you in court when you are sued for manipulating share prices so you can snap them all up at a huge discount.
You are probably the watcher too from that Netflix show trying to down ramp real estate, they never solved that mystery either but this post seems very similar.
