A good project is only as good as the team running it. Previous CEO resigning without a forward-planning a replacement, zero news since last CEO quitted (and immediately got a job elsewhere so it probably means the exCEO isnt incompetent), a ridiculous amount of errors in issued reports, and weird swapping of directors up for election all seem to points towards a board that seems out of its depth. IMO DYOR.
