Nic was given opportunity in this position, possibly he wasn't seen as the best person to take the project into its next phase, let's just say resigning isn't always what it seems. it looks he has done a great job getting this far, the next step is a lot different though, and if they are in fact going down the production road, now is the obvious time to be making change.. the timing says a lot to me.
