For me a big difference here is what we are being told - if Wilbert took responsibility for delays/failures then I would have thought we'd be told as such, given what was stated when Dr Arnout took responsibility. To spontaneously leave due to "personal reason" doesn't cut it for me from the point of view that Wilbert felt he let 4DS/shareholders down. If he reached his limit mentally/physically from stress maybe they'd state for health reasons? Maybe I'm expecting too much.
At the end of the day, I wish Wilbert well, would have like to have someone with his experience carry this through, hopefully the role will be filled with someone that can fill those shoes.
