at the end of the day here are facts as i remember them IMO

- director selling shares at around 20cents (reason given tax reasons)
- Jim dorrian selling approx the number of shares that equalled the amount of money he put into the company (reason given investment re balancing), basically he is free carrying
- a number of technical chairman leaving over the years after a 1-2 year stint (some less)
- the head scientist who arguably knows the most announces semi retirement (you dont do this if you think your close to major tech success)
- being told the hard part is done and its just basic engineering on t he back end now...that was what nealy 5 years ago.

positive is there the one of the only companies that took drastic pay cuts for the failures for a certain time and owned it.

i do remember Elon musk saying manufacturing and engineering are some of the hardest things in the world to do. making something able to be manufactured through standard equipment cheaply.
