They'll spin this again like they did with JD, but there is no doubt in my mind WvdH has lost faith. Why else would you walk away from the bonus pool he is entitled to? If all was going well (which it obviously isn't as they have no clue whether the issues will be solved) all he had to do was manage this for another year and laugh all the way to the bank. I'll have to think long and hard whether it's finally time to cut my losses.
