Thanks for the balanced post. My only questions are; Why go to the trouble of negotiating and proposing increased position of sales pool simply to walk away and forego it? I understand he still holds a substantial holding re options but why negotiate? And why just walk away from what potentially could be a huge return? For a position on another board paying what? When he could have held both positions? True, many chairs or directors hold multiple positions with multiple organisations.
