The only plausible non-disclosed explanation for the sudden resignation is CONFLICT OF INTERESTS!

If it was a health issue - they would have said.

If it was a personal reason, they would have said it.

They did not state the reason because they want to protect certain confidential information.

If this confidential information is NEGATIVE, then they are under the obligation to INFORM the share holders.

However, IMO, the confidential information is POSITIVE but releasing the reasoninh, would jeopardise the status quo of the chip itself!

The BOD does not care about the share price plummeting. The lower the share price, the more attractive it is for the potential buyers!

The bigger the gap between the market share price at the
point of acquisition and the company's acquisition share price, the more profit the acquirer will make!

I am buying more - awaiting for it to bottom.

You cant be serious. Thats the 'only plausible' reason?

Clutching at straws...perhaps another plausible reason is that low and behold he has inside information and knows the reality of the situation and has chosen to no longer waste his time. Get out now before the next failure tarnishes his name even further.
