If this was something planned and positive wouldn't you think they'd first fine a good replacement and put out more info around why it's happening and why it shouldn't bother shareholders.
This is the Dr at short notice abandoning the ship and leaving 4DS to their own misadventures. Hence the placement of David in the chair (really?), and no explanation.
It's negative and the market is interpreting it as that.
