    as you wrote:

„But IMHO being valued at MC of only 4 times first full production EBITDA is a very low valuation“

—> absolutely correct statement. We are talking about mine life, yearly production volume and already signed offtake agreements that (if Aru is on plan/schedule) guarantees constant revenue flow.
    valuation is too low.

so something is around the corner:
    - someone pressing SharePrice to get in cheaper
    - all the recession talks with impact on EV-Sales
    - NdPr price going down, even more pessimistic outlook (?)
    - inflation is not really going down in manufacturing sector
    - investors already expect next capital raise?

according to last weeks announcement (directors resignation) and the appendix, ECE is down to 40,6 mil shares.
That is huge reduction compared to the previous status as of 2023-04-06, ECE still held 109 mil.

i still won‘t believe that a shareholder sells this amount of shares (60mil) within 1,5 months on the open stock market.

Another interesting finding for me (also to have an approx rank of my own holdings) is the info in latest announcement:
smallest of the top 20 holds 4 mil shares that is 0,19 % of the company
top 20 shareholders hold 941 mil shares
and 28,8 thousand shareholders hold 1,170 mil shares, so on average every one of these 28,8 thousand holds 41k shares

given all this i keep my statement from some weeks ago: they are paying far too less attention to foreign (larger) shareholders. Not even an answer to emails.
