It is very normal for boards to turn over after getting a company listed and settled as a listed entity. No doubt the timing pre-AGM is not ideal and could point to a minor disagreement, but the positive, friendly wording in the announcement means it is likely not serious.
Again this is good value in the 70s. I dont see it falling much further.
