They don't have to worry about a second strike at the next AGM as they won't make it to the next AGM in Nov 24.
The recent rights issue raised $1.72m and page 4 of the Entitlement Issue Prospectus says that they owe DL E&C Co US$8.8m (approx. A$13.5m) by 31 January 2024. The prospectus also says that "A further US$6,214,880 is also owed for additional components required for the NRUP".
Staveley is paid $1.5m and Peters $600k, and NRZ has to pay A$13.5m and possibly another A$10m (for the additional NRUP works) by the end of January. Things look grim.
