If they do not pull a genie out of the bottle with the next report, they will be in huge problems eg possible receivership, so I ask how is the price artificially deflated, price has factored in the worst case scenario which is quite a possibility.

I am gathering by your posts that you are actually a holder rather than a "non holder" and I get it, I do.

I suggest you re read my post that you previously responded too. Do it slowly, as though you're a beginner on your very first day. Nothing about what I have posted would make someone rationally conclude that I'm a holder. I'm interested in the stock as a potential turn around, but not a holder at this time.
