I am expecting whp global aren’t getting along with the major shareholder which is maybe why he would be selling away .I am assuming whp has something waiting to be introduced but due to obvious reasons maybe there waiting for him to clear out of his holding before they introduce either new management or invest into growing the business .
I think there is plenty of potential here not without risks / though I like the fact they are trying to merge into bigger players like Myer or David jones without needing the overheads of factory and costly staff .
leasing out small in to the bigger players is a much better outcome and online in bulk purchases seems to be a much better focus especially whk being a major online e commerce player shouldn’t be hard to get our products to market .
