like I already clarified I sold down all but a 'watchlist qty' of just a few shares, largely because of one of the prior reasons (Nov 2023) for rasing to pay back Insiders of their Con Note balances with some undertaking of 3 cents shares at the time. I might be wrong, but I seem to remember / think that these Con Note conditions were convertable at higher than at the time share prices and hence this came across as Insiders wanting to take money off the table.
Fast forward 6 monts and we now have one of them resigning from the Board altogether ?
