The talk here has really gone to rubbish. The heritage surveys are taking long than expected with an additional claimant group. That's it. Who knows how long it will take for it to be settled but it will be and there's a decent chance that there's a significant find of gold and lithium, not that lithium matters right now in this market.
There should be more than $2 million in cash and another $2 million in stock. Right now, the lease, which is annoyingly taking too long to survey is taking way longer to get approvals, but it will happen. I can't find an example of another time that it hasn't or a legal reason why it will not be allowed to go through.
