I wouldn’t read too much into it.
It should have happened some time ago imo.
Ginn was appointed on 13/5/2021 and at that time was the Chairman of Pacton Gold who sold their Australian tenements to Raiden for shares and who subsequently ended up as a substantial shareholder with over 10% in Raiden.
Ginn is a Canadian and I have not seen him at an AGM or EGM or even participated in zoom in that time. He has continued to draw Directors fees and participated in freebies in the meantime.
Pacton Gold were taken over by another Coy a couple of years back and Ginn got a gig there also but has since left. All shares held by Pacton have been progressively sold over time to zero now. BTW all the tenements sold to Raiden which included the Arrow tenements, to date have turned out to be duds.
