Can we just stop for a moment and break-down this ANN:

1. Raiden Resources Limited announced the resignation of Non-Executive Director Dale Ginn, effective immediately.
Noted. Also noted is that it is effective immediately which suggests he has little involvement in on-going projects otherwise a transition period may have been granted.

2. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions over the past four years.
WTF! How does this company assess their Board members. A SP decline of this order is not representative of any positive contribution, so why would you express gratitude for a negative contribution. Just a rehashed line that accompanys all resignations. Hold onto that term, "resignation".

3. This change is part of Raiden’s strategy to streamline its board structure while maintaining flexibility for future appointments that align with its strategic objectives.
Woah, hold up there. Just above you noted a "resignation" but now you're labelling it a "change". Sorry, be clear, was he sacked or did he resign?
"Streamline its board structure"? Forgive me, but apart from the CEO and the COO, we have Kyla Garic and Michael Davy. And Kyla Garic heads up a share registry service - really, a Board member? How much more streamlined do you want - no Board? Get serious - this company requires a more robust Board, not a streamlined Board.

4. The company remains committed to delivering shareholder value and strengthening its operations and board.
Again, WTF, can you please stop with these BS spiels rehashed from others. Stop treating us like fools.
Walk the talk now.
Update us on EXACTLY what plans are in train to deliver shareholder value, and strengthen operations and Board. Maybe I missed something at the AGM, and so perhaps an EGM will bring you to account.
