Sinclair and Loveridge are significant shareholders, and their resignation is likely fueled by a vested interest to see the greatest amount of cash retained and corporate overheads minimised whilst looking for the highest bidder for this asset.
I expect Tattarang will be driving this hard to get over $1.30 returned per share.
