I unfortunately think that " big pharma" may not be interested or if they are it will be very lowball due to exenatides uncertainty.
IXC is not negogiating from any position of strength.
An ASX "shell" is worth something and one with cash .
I wouldnt be surprised that a whole new direction is taken
