IMO any company at some point need to lean out the board.

Cobb Johnstone is highly experience in mining operation, however why would we need 2 of them when we have Rod Chitenden who are more capable in mining operation especially in Africa for 30years. And beside we only need 1 non-executive... not like we operates in many parts of the world. Aust/Africa.

While Len Eddridge even more questioning as well. Johann Jacobs more fitted for whatever LE can do.
So i keep wonder why do we need extra hands when we already have concrete team in play.

2 Frank still onboard so what to worry. now having less to pay on admin cost.

IMO we dont need the new replacement.
Only replacement i think we get, will be coming from offtake partners
