Yes it was a terrible move by management and they really should have done a more thorough Due diligence before appointing those two ! Why did they leave is the question left unanswered and is it possibly linked to inhabitant issues, inability to land offtakes and financing? I hate the fact that the poor old shareholders are last to know and sincerely hope there is not to much pain ahead but it's looking awry atm. My money is on neighbour Vrc however if Mns can clean up its dirty laundry and appoint someone with the ilk of Eddy Sugar who can bring the financing connections and offtakes then it's a play until then it's the sidelines !
