Called both companies over the last couple of days & the official line from JKA and TPT is that the merger will still proceed subject to the acceptance vote.

Not sure what more the 30% rebels can do?? Unless this is dissolved from TPT side its all down to the vote.
Sure, things are a little strained & we also have to see what the new board thinks of the deal. But it's late in the day & hopefully shareholders take the safer, tidier route by approving the merger. Neither side now needs any more dramas.
