Personally, I don't want to see a bunch of investors upset at angry at Galaxy in the long run, but the problem I have in my mind is that I don't think any would be satisfied so is it easier to avoid investor involvement?

I frankly suspect the offers will be opportunistic, nothing more.
Most likely and in my opinion the best offer would be a Script from GXY in the interest of current SH of A40.
