    Of significance here with the Director retirement is the board voting majority held by Feng Hua has ended! There is no mention of a replacement so I assume Corrigan / Thornton will have equal say with Feng Hua. I never saw their majority vote as being healthy for HAW, so it seems possible there may be opportunity for more dynamic decisions made about our near term prospects.
