At this point, I see this going two ways.

1. The BOD are removed and we actually get in a BOD with ethics to work WITH AK and not just siphon the blood out of his life's work. Company will recover very quickly in that scenario.
2. The BOD are not able to be removed as they keep dodging legal judgement and eventually the company is run into the ground. In this scenario, at least shareholders would be able to claim the loss against income tax.
