Certainly a lot of moolah burnt up on legal fees over the past decade or so.
Yup, and it seems CGB's Chairman David Austin has represented Yeshiva/Feldmans as their legal counsel.
Perish the thought he'd be moonlighting for private concerns whilst his energies could be directed to actual company business regarding the Medcan case...
So we have the MD working for another company, in another country, for half the year.
Now we have the Chairman not representing the company but paying another firm for this.
Both on full salary !
I hope the cleaning lady is up for running the company soon 'cos there won't be anyone else left in the office !
Been a rough few years for the fam, with The Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse possibly causing a few sleepless nights. - @FrankAZ , I'm not sure where to look for info on this - got any pointers please ? Trying to interpret here, but has Yeshiva (as an 'Institution') been linked with Child Sexual Abuse, or have they given 'Responses' that required investigation?
Cheers
