Not unless their holding has crossed a 5% threshold from what I understand.
As of 2 weeks ago there were 5,725,486,785 SoI (shares on issue) and 5% of that is just over 286M.
So, if they didn't have any holding to begin with then 300M purchase/issue would trigger a notice, being over 5%.
On the other hand, if they already held around 11% and sold 300M, I don't think a notice would have to be issued in any urgency as they would still hold 5% or more.
