    The board restructure, new CEO AND CFO need to happen URGENY and before the Uranium venture starts rolling. It is imicit from my post too that we BADLY NEED to keep uranium as an ARE venture for now and postpone listing Orpheus. This is a BAD time to do it as there will not be as much trust/interest ... till we prove we mean business this time with Uranium. We need to repair some seriously damaged trust in the competency and that repair is only possible by replacing CEO AND CFO.
