How about just the Director within whose portfolio responsibility for communication lies, alongside the authority to hire and FIRE?

The glaring errors and misconstruction are apparent to HC readers a couple of minutes after every damn release, so it appears no Director is reading and approving them prior to release.

Glynn departing now suggests the BOD has decided on a new Chair, or at least settled on a shortlist from which they will appoint.

The standard process generally sees ALL directors sign off on any releases to the market, and often they will write/edit the final version, so I'd suggest that's where the anger should be directed.
