Glynn did a great job to foster relationships and get us to where we are. But the fact is we needed new blood and the ability to play with the big boys at the big boy table. This means creating contracts where we get appropriate royalties and negotiate the best deals for OBJ not just take what is given. We need someone who can see the value in the company as seen by the eyes of those that would invest in us. They need to be able to get the likes of P&G and others to invest more in us because they know the investment will pay off. Glynn just couldn't make that leap and we are all grateful for his efforts but now it's time to move on.
