Surprising to see the SP spike after such a glowing review in the above Ann. Doesn't appear to be much else that could have moved the price up. This company seems like a decent long term hold, given the dire housing crisis some are facing now, and more than likely well into the future, given the "ponziesque" structure of Australia's immigration system. As per normal, governments of all persuasions appear to be uninterested in spending $$'s for the wellbeing of those in desperate need, and this company has stepped into the breach in what could well be a very lucrative business model, while also helping those with nowhere else to turn.
