On the contrary this is excellent news for LIS shareholders.

This individual, whose tenure at PPK and LIS has coincided with horrendous share price performance, has also coincided with substandard shareholder communications at LIS - which he indeed has acknowledged himself but subsequently refused to remedy.

Having departed his executive position at PPK he serves no purpose at LIS.

This is a tremendous opportunity for LIS to dramatically improve its communications with shareholders and potential new investors (i.e., the people who will make its share price go up if LIS actually properly communicates). One can only hope they accept this opportunity and act upon it. A good place to start would be to outline some of the actual performance metrics of its batteries and report against those metrics over time.

Has there ever been a company that has a product it would like to sell, but which refuses to disclose details about its products? - for both potential customers and its shareholders. Does LIS management actually understand that its shareholders own the company and pay their salaries?

The LIS share price has been an exceptionally poor performer not because it has been artificially held down. This has been an accurate reflection of its management hitherto "led" by this newly departed director. If the remaining directors are worth their salt, they will act immediately to rectify its communications to customers and shareholders.
