DIRECTOR: RYM: Retirement of a Director - Sidney Ashton
Sidney Ashton has today retired from the Board of Ryman Healthcare Limited.
"Sid has been a Director of Ryman since 1994, and has added a huge amount of
commercial and financial insight during the formative years of the Company
and throughout the strong growth of Ryman since listing on NZX in 1999" said
Chairman Dr David Kerr. "Sid has been a highly respected and much liked
colleague for all of us on the Board and management team over the years. We
will miss his friendship and wisdom".
Mr Ashton was also Chairman of the Audit and Financial Risk Committee, and
this role will be taken up by non executive Director Mr Warren Bell. In
addition, Dr David Kerr has also been appointed to the Audit and Financial
Risk Committee.
