The Annual Meeting of shareholders of Smiths City Group Limited will be held
in the Balmerino Room, Riccarton Park Function Centre, Riccarton Racecourse,
Racecourse Road, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch commencing at 10.30am on
Tuesday 28 August 2012.
Smiths City advises that the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday
14 August 2012. All nominations must be received by 4:00 pm on the closing
date. Nominations may be made by any shareholder entitled to attend and vote
