RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Smiths City Group Limited (SCY) advises that Mr
Luke Bunt has resigned as a Director of the company and associated entities
for personal reasons.
Whilst Luke has only been part of the Board for a short time his contribution
has been valued and is appreciated.
The Board previously advised they were looking for a replacement for Mrs
Sarah Ottrey who retired earlier this year. This process is continuing.
