On 22 August 2012 the Company gave a notice for the purposes of NZAX Rule
3.2.2 advising that the closing date for Director nominations was 7
September. As the Company's annual meeting is now expected to occur after 7
November, the Company is required by NZAX Rule 3.2.2 to provide a further
notice that Director nominations may be made until (and including) 18 October
2012.
Nominations may only be made by a Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the annual meeting and should be sent to the following address:
