As I posted last week...when he goes on the front foot, he tends to buy multiple times...I think 6 times in 2018 from memory at around $0.50
Interesting too, he is not buying MVP (which is a great company with a great product and he is also Chairman) ...he's doubling down on PNV.
It was mentioned by someone last week that his buying means there will be no announcements in the coming weeks. That is not necessarily the case. He can buy as many as he wants as long as he is not aware of any information that has not been disclosed to the market.
Currently he is not aware when we will get:
- Regulatory approval in Taiwan
- Regulatory approval in Sth Korea
- BARDA clinical trial results
- CE Mark clinical trial results
- Sales in new markets/countries
- etc
