That's a strange claim about being overbought if you don't mind me saying. If it has been dragged down massively by shorters manipulating the share price, then it has a massive rise to go to get anywhere near fair or reasonable value imo. What you claim is the sort of thing a paid shorter would say.
Word on the street is that paid shorters can expect a substantial haircut soon.
