No, I'm afraid the order is only for 12 sheets at a price of 720 euro + 4% VAT = 748.80 x12 = 8,985.60 euro. Dunno why they use the odd 8,985,600 notation.
They also say in the preamble a tender isn't required as the procurement falls under the limit of 40k euro.
