That's the beauty of success breeding success in the stock market. Out of one successful investment and into the next. I am pleasantly surprised DW was not done at the EOFY buying. He has probably cashed out other investments to buy more PNV and still sees plenty of value at these prices. I cannot believe he (and we) had opportunity to buy under $1, let alone under $2.
Others have said it before. Directors, independent or executive, sell shares for any variety of reasons, tax, divorce, lavish houses....but only buy shares for one reason: they think they are going up.
