I am not sure how things will play out for rest of the day and the following days but at this stage the SP is holding fine. Lot better than when IG did same and ALK did not release an Ann for ~3 hours from the start of the trading session - if I remember right. And this was my complain to them - to which they did not respond back.

The rest of the BoDs and the MD should step in and buy few shares. It will be symbolic gesture but enough to show they have confidence in the company. It's the message they will send that will matter. They are paid enough to be able to afford to buy 50k shares each.
Any potential investor or instos researching ALK will always (anyone with brains) check if insiders are buying or selling stock. And what are they going to see - the Chairman dumping time after time.

Anyway - bought another 30k at 59.5c.
