Hmm .. no visuals, but that seemed a very measured, reasonable and fair answer to me. I do agree though that the optics are not good when a Chairperson, who is supposed to lead the BOD and to represent all shareholders in a public company, choses to sell down a large swathe of his or her shares at close to the 12m low. It could imo not unreasonably be perceived as smacking of either desperation, disregard or disrespect, or even, more worryingly, of some kind of price manipulation.. Just a personal perception and concern
