there was no need for that - especially since ALK failed to release timely announcement about the sale of his shares. if he can't keep his composure by answering one simple question from a retail investor what hope does he have if pressed by institutional investor with real questions.
he will lose his temper in a second and turn the event into heated argument.

Yes, neither hubris nor overriding self interest are qualities you want to see in a leader/chairman. Why does TL always haunt the same boards as IG .. ORS (privatised), AGS (privatised) .. ALK .. still public
