He should be out the door. Selling a million shares, the last of which were transacted only 3 days prior to a Capital Raising announcement. That's disgraceful and should be illegal. Arguably a lousy management team holding PNR back & conflicts like this Director sale only 3 days prior to a trading halt for a capital raise back that view.
