how can a director not know about cr is in next 2 days. Is he sleeping. Than why is he draw a salary from co?

If ASX does not than OZ is not a first world country that I thought it is
Why in a population of 25 million, the co cannot find better paid directors?
If main shareholders do not do something about it, I better vote with my feet.
