Read between the lines. An institutional fund bought them. They want in. Can you envisage the discussion that was had between the director and the fund? A fund can’t just build a position of this size on such a low volume stock without drastically affecting the price.
I’d rather the director sell a large parcel to them with a very prudent, sensible and succinct announcement than for management to do another institutional placement just for the fund furthering dilution.
